Investment Manager – PFI recruitment
With a portfolio of investments in the UK and Europe our client is an experienced asset manager. On the back of recent fund raising success it is now looking to increase the size of its PFI portfolio. Within the PFI space the focus will be on the waste sector and as a result candidates must have recent experience in this area.
As an Investment Manager you will be primarily be responsible for leading on deal execution, including negotiating with vendors and banks, working with lawyers and local authorities. In addition to this you will assist in deal origination, as well as working with portfolio companies post deal close.
Suitable candidates will have waste experience developed in either a lending, advisory or principal capacity. Candidates should have a good knowledge of regulatory aspects and have played a key role in the successful of close of waste projects.
