Investment Manager – Real Estate – SEA, Asia Pacific recruitment
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor and analyze real estate market in specific locations - China and/or South East Asia
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or divestment of real estate projects, including developing and maintaining relationship with potential clients.
- Undertake feasibility study on real estate investment, development and/or enhancement opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling.
- Handle execution, including due diligence and negotiation, of acquisition of real estate assets.
- Manage the raising of debt and equity finance for acquisition.
- Team leading experience and ability
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related (Real Estate investments) working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently
- Extensive skills in modeling and written communication
