Investment Manager, REITs recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Investments, the successful candidate will identify, evaluate and execute potential acquisitions which are yield-accretive or potential divestments, so as to deliver sustainable returns to unit-holders, covering mainly the SEA and Australia markets.
Specifically, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Investment team that orchestrates real estate investment projects, ranging from origination right through to execution. Responsibilities also include financial modelling, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements, negotiating loan documents and other logistical matters for deal execution. There will also be a post-acquisition role involving the continued monitoring of deals and interaction with deal partners (real estate companies or developers).
Required Qualifications, Experience Competencies :
• A good degree from a business or finance-related discipline.
• 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in real estate investments. A track record of deal closures is expected, with preference given to candidates who have experience in REITs.
• Possess the CMS representative license (this is mandatory).
• Excellent presentation skills with strong creative ability to develop solutions for clients.
• Team player, meticulous and able to work independently.
