The Investment Manager is responsible for directing the sales effort within a specific geographic area consisting of several branches. They work closely with Retail LOB to develop and meet sales investment goals and budgets. The Investment Manager is responsible for hiring, training and developing Financial Advisor's in the branches. They direct the sales staff that is responsible for identifying and meeting with prospective clients, reviewing investment goals, preparing presentation, recommending investment products, follow up with clients, and closing the sale. Investment sales experience is required. Invesmtent Managers are measured through core competencies and: · Sales Production - meets production goals and utilizes designated sales process. · Team Effectiveness - contributes to overall team, forms partnerships, successful integration with Banking Centers. · Interpersonal Skills - communicates clearly and effectively, shares critical information to facilitate successful performance. · Customer Service - promotes customer service excellence, meets expectations of internal and external customers. · Budget - successfully manages budget to meet guidelines and expectations.
