Investment Manager, UK small to mid cap growth equity fund recruitment
Our client is a top performing small to mid cap growth private equity fund. They invest in mainly UK based companies, across all industry sectors, and like to back well managed companies with significant potential to expand and rapidly increase turnover and profits The fund will also invest in turnaround and special situations.
The role will focus on the origination and execution of investments as principal, and also assisting the management of the investee companies/ portfolio management. So there is a great combination of commercial work.
We are interested in meeting with candidates who will have a background as follows:
- associates or managers from strategy consulting firms or big four accounting firms, perhaps ACAs
- investment bankers with great UK deal experience from firms such as DC Advisory, Rothschild
- corporate turnaround professionals
- exceptional academics
- candidates will have worked with UK companies
- you will probably offer between 3 to 7 years experience
