Investment Operations Senior Associate recruitment
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will support the operational needs of the organization including capturing, recording and reporting client information. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success delivering results in the following areas for an investment management firm:
- Preparation of quarterly client reporting
- Conduct transaction research
- Handle inquiries on a timely basis
- Facilitate acquisition conversions when applicable
- Positive contributor to team environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Train and develop staff members
- Special projects as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related business major preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and macro writing
- Experience with Advent APX, Orion Advisor Services or other portfolio accounting system
- 5+ years experience in Investment Operations
- Strong attention to detail and accounting skills
- Commitment to superior client service and experience working in a service role
- A proactive approach to problem solving, strong analytical skills and a willingness to take immediate ownership of his/her work
