Investment Operations Specialist recruitment
Key Responsibilities
The role is ideal for someone who wants to gain meaningful experience working within the asset management industry, and to build a career with a successful global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for trader support, client reporting, account reconciliation and other investment-related processess. He/she will support our Trading Team, Portfolio Managers, and Client Services teams covering a wide range of financial products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating with Head Office on any process changes, issues and new technology. Responsibilities also include completion of daily tasks and assisting with ad hoc projects.
The Ideal Candidate
You should be degree-qualified (a degree in Business, Economics and/or Accountancy is desirable). You should also have minimum 6 months, or up to 2 years' experience in the financial services industry. A basic knowledge of investment products will be desirable but not mandatory. While knowledge of basic investment operations will be an advantage,we will provide trainning for the right candidate. You must possess a high level of numeracy, organization and attention to detail, and be committed to work in a fast-paced environment. An independent worker, you will also possess excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.
