Investment Operations Specialist recruitment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for correct daily processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, income payments and corporate actions
- Responsible for timely month-end closing activities
- Periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings
- Support projects covering operations questions related to investments and cash accounts
- Run daily operations processes
- Run periodic reconciliation processes for securities and cash holdings with different custodian banks
- Perform monthly hard close processes
- Monitor automated operations processes
- Support local Operations Teams / Accountants
- Maintain good relationships with all involved parties
- Support other projects if necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in banking or insurance operations
- Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional financial instruments and markets
- Knowledge of all possible corporate actions in the securities market
- Good communication skills both orally and written in English
- Client-focused
- Analytical skills
- Good working knowledge on MS-Office products - especially MS Excel
