The role

A leading asset management company seeks a Senior Performance Analyst / Customer Manager to deal with the day-to-day relationships with Customers, as advised and supervised by the Head of Customer Management. This involves the end-to-end ownership of the relationship process to ensure that all service levels meet and exceed Customer, regulatory and legal requirements. The Customer Manager is responsible for all investment analytics, consulting and customer related services as well as problem resolution with other product areas

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with strong relationship building, communication and analytical skills who can demonstrate ability to work effectively with internal and external clients. . You will ideally 5+ years experience in a financial services firm preferably an asset management organisation or a custodian bank. Experience of performance analytics and risk is essential as is stock level reporting, client reporting and fixed Income Attribution. You will have the ability to effectively explain technical reports to clients in terms they can comprehend and be comfortable leading service review meetings. A strong working knowledge of financial markets and products is essentials. It would also be advantageous if you have been involved in implementation and project experience.
