Job Description
- Synthesize market information and formulate client interaction tactics
- Provide market analysis and summary
- Participate in PvB sales meeting and render professional support to deliver sales concerns and opinions
- Working together with RMs in achieving sales results, including joint client discussion, investment proposal preparation, client portfolio review, asset allocation model recommendation and product idea initiation, professional investment advice support, etc.
- Consult on the distribution and delivery of various wealth management products including, FX and FX derivative structures, structure products, mutual funds, bonds, etc and all banca products
- Closely monitor clients' portfolio, together with RMs, to avoid concentration risk on specific tranche/single product
- Support internal and external sales events (e.g. seminar)
- Monitor business progress and outlook in formulation of corresponding support strategies
- Consistent and promptly product briefing, training and discussion forum to support sales and marketing activities, provide series training to enhance the market sense and product knowledge of Beijing Sales team
- Coordinate and Communicate among counterparties, trading desk, funding desk, legal compliance, group wealth management, product team, operation team and sales team for the new product initiation and the product successful launch
- Support and work with frontline to handle customers' complaints on wealth management related issues if required
- Monitor and ensure the investment sales activities to meet the compliance requirement of the Bank
- Comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedure and be alert to all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.

Qualifications Skills

- University degree preferably in Economics/Finance
- Relevant banking experience, familiar with banking products, service and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations
- Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
- Self-motivated Self - discipline, with pro-active service attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
