Investment Professional for the Infrastructure Team recruitment
Our client is looking for a positive, trust-worthy and reliable person with a hands-on work style. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, willing to work in a dynamic growth environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Analysing potential investments, preparing valuations and investment documentation
- Helping with the execution of deals end-to-end
- Managing advisors to the investment and due diligence process
- Responsible contact person and leading role for transactions
- Managing the assets in the portfolio working with management teams
- Preparing exits
- Supporting future fundraising
Skills and specifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience and demonstrated track record in deal structuring and financing
- Background in either infrastructure, utilities, transport or industrials MA team from a leading investment bank or private equity firm, corporate finance or MA within a corporate infrastructure/ energy business
- Strong financial analytical and communication skills
- Exposure to emerging markets is a welcome asset
- Fluency in English (oral and written), Portuguese language skills would be a big plus
