Investment Professional Infrastructure
Supporting the due diligence activities of the infrastructure team (fund, co-investments, direct investments)
Proficient modeling and valuation of infrastructure investments
Preparation of investment proposals and presentations for the Investment Committee and Management Team
General market research including the compilation of market data, analysis of new attractive investment sectors, description of competitive landscape, and news search
Detailed monitoring of existing infrastructure investments, preparation of investor reports, and review of asset valuations
Education
University degree or equivalent (Engineering, Finance, Economics)
Professional experience
At least 2 years of working experience in the infrastructure investment sector (corporate, principal or project finance)
Know how of the infrastructure market and its participants
Strong project valuation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial databases
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Skilled user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet/Email, etc.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Team player who possesses intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, thoughtfulness and attention to detail
Fluency in written and spoken German language is a must; English language skills required
