About our client
Our client is one of the most active PE firms in Europe, investing across a range of situations and sectors, focused on mid-market investments. The firm has a strong record in investments in the US and Western Europe including buyouts, growth capital and distressed opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Investment analysis across various sectors including growth, buyout and distressed opportunities
- Financial modeling, key due diligence workstreams, execution
- Involvement in asset management post-investment through to exit
Skills we’re looking for
- A strong technical degree in a subject such as economics, engineering, business or similar
- Combination of strong analytical and financial skills and understanding of diverse business models
- Excellent interpersonal qualities and gravitas
- Several years of success within a leading management consultancy of investment banking, or another private equity firm
- Fluent German and English
