Investment Professional recruitment
Crow Holdings Capital Partners, L.L.C., seeks an experienced investment professional for a client facing role within a broad investment platform that includes, private equity, public equity, alternatives and fixed income solutions. This is an exciting new position for CHCP and represents an opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy the capital markets and providing the highest levels of service and attention to financially sophisticated intermediaries and partners of the firm. This role requires a deep knowledge of capital markets, a passion for risk management and the ability to evaluate and communicate a broad range of technical investment solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide investment servicing and advice for clients of CHCP LLC
- Understand goals and objectives of partner families and develop an appropriate investment and risk management solution
- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all applicable investment solutions
- Perform dynamic asset allocation
- Execute required trades and transactions for the strategic rebalancing of accounts
- Advise on appropriate tactical solutions and opportunities
- Maintain an extremely high level of investment and capital market knowledge
Qualifications for consideration
- 5+ years of direct experience working with sophisticated investors providing real time investment advice, strong subject-matter knowledge of financial markets
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills and a record of achievement
- Motivated and driven by providing the highest level of service
- Series 7 and 63 preferred
