Key Responsibilities
• Identify and originate investment opportunities to achieve investment mandates
• Assess commercial viability, conduct due diligence on investment targets
• Structure investments and negotiate investment terms
• Guide portfolio companies to grow value and achieve higher return on investment
• Advise portfolio companies on strategy implementation, management selection and business development
Requirements
• For Clean Technology: Master/Degree in Engineering or Science with work experience in the sectors of energy efficiency and environment
• For Biomedical Sciences: Master/Degree in Medicine, Bioengineering, Biological Science, Pharmacy with work experience in biomedical sector
• For Internet Digital Media: Master/Degree in Engineering or IT with working knowledge in internet, digital media and mobile
• For Strategic Growth Programme: Master/Degree in Engineering or Finance with work experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or IT industries
• For Clean Technology, at least 2 years of equity investments experience
• For Biomedical Sciences and Internet Digital Media, at least 5 years of equity investments experience
• For Strategic Growth Programme, at least 8 years of equity investments experience
• CFA, Finance-related or MBA holder would be an added advantage
• Excellent relationship management capabilities
• Ability to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment and to travel for business
