Investment Sales Advisor – Chelmsford recruitment

Please note this position is located in Chelmsford, Essex. Please only apply if you can commute to Chelmsford.

My client is a world leading investment management company with nearly £200 billion under management. They are currently recruiting for a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join as an Investment Sales Advisor.

You will be expected to contact the IFA community in relation to products and fund information. Using sales skill and advanced telephone techniques you will contribute to the overall sales targets of the team;

Key responsibilities include;
*Construction and circulation of business figures using Access database Excel.
*Responsibility for Special Deals process
*Responsibility and creation (reactive and proactive) of Touchstone requirements for regional teams.
*Update business plans for all regional teams.
*Create Analytics requests for Sales Team
*Back up cover on Investment Marketing liaison
*Internal and external hunt group phone cover.
*Learn the Fund and product range.
*Ensure up to date procedures for tasks covered train other members of Sales Support to provide back-up cover on business critical tasks.
*Maintenance of internal client management system.
*Assisting with project work when required.
*Work alongside Sales Support team Administrator to complete tasks inc quotations, literature requests, registrations, returned post, bounce-back e-mails, Nationals Network updates,
*Any adhoc Sales Support Team tasks

This is the perfect opportunity for a hungry and driven Mountbatten graduate who is looking to launch there career within fund management. You should have a proven Financial knowledge experience and advanced excel would be a major benefit (although not essential). Experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders is essential as well as an excellent telephone manner.
