Investment Sales Advisor (Chelmsford) recruitment

Role Purpose

To contact IFA community relating to product and fund information. Using sales skills and extensive telephone techniques to achieve a contribution towards overall Sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact defined IFAs with product and fund information and updates
- Maintain and update data on Goldmine Contact Management System following IFA contacts
- Maintain level of productivity against set targets for number of required telephone contacts.
- Receive inbound calls
- Perform required activities leading to contacts with IFAs as guided by Team Manager
- Attend team meetings and performance reviews as required.
- Agree and document activities
- Monitor progress against sales plan and adjust where appropriate
- Maintain current knowledge of Company's and competitors product range
- Make full use of and update contact management systems
- Operate within standard procedures and compliance guidelines

Skills Knowledge

Knowledge Experience
- Investment knowledge
- Understanding of IFA business
- Understanding of IFA market place
- Sales experience

Qualifications
- A level qualifications or graduate / or equivalent level of experience
- CF 1-5 attained
- Study toward IMC supported
