Investment (Senior) Associate Wanted For Mid Market Private Equity Firm
The Client:
Our Client is a Mid-Market Private Equity investor working with a range of clients in Europe and the US. Originally founded by senior professionals from some of the leading Top Tier Investment Banks, their current investment team manages a portfolio of investments across a range of industry sectors including Healthcare, Business services, TMT, Consumer and Media. They currently seek to add an associate level candidate to join the team and assist in the firm's on-going success.
Core Responsibilities:
-Relevant modelling, analysis and due diligence and execution of investments
-Preparing and participating in deal pitches and marketing
-assisting generally in the ongoing management of portfolio companies and also in the analysis of potential new investments
Your experience should bring:
-3-5 years experience within a leading investment bank, corporate finance advisory firm or private equity fund, where you gained extensive transaction experience
-Excellent due diligence skills across numeracy, analysis and legal issues
-a sharp eye for key market trends/ investment opportunities and strong commercial awareness
-strong academic background from a leading educational institution , ideally with a relevant Masters / MBA
-Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
-Fluency in English is a must , other languages such as German / Mandarin are a bonus
