Investment Services Manager recruitment
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Services team in Zurich's Investment Management organization. Investment Management is managing USD 200bn of investments on a global basis. As a member of our team you are responsible for innovating, defining, industrializing and implementing processes relating to investment performance and risk reporting. You develop and evaluate innovative ideas, and establish and enhance services by working closely with the wider Investment Management organisation, Finance and investment IT specialists. You develop and manage a portfolio of services according to exacting service levels and demanding deadlines. In addition you will coach other service owners and regularly gather critical feedback to improve performance and drive further innovation. Delivering customer and internal client satisfaction is central to this role and ensuring constant improvement of the services to help increase effectiveness and efficiency of Investment Management.
You ideally have completed an MBA or other relevant Masters degree in Finance, Economics or Business from a leading institution and worked for 8+ years in a leading financial services, asset management or investment banking organization. During that time you have built a proven track-record of managing operational projects, matched by a strong understanding of financial markets. You have gained experience with financial systems and have a strong understanding of organizational processes. Your spoken and written English is excellent and knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. You deliver high quality work consistently, clearly set priorities, communicate persuasively and enjoy analyzing and solving complicated problems. In doing all this, you maintain a strong focus on each customer's requirements.
