Investment Support Analyst
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Running of various systems to generate client reporting
- Production of various AIS weekly and monthly internal and external reports
- Research, monitor and update AIS peer analysis report
- Generating and checking of various product compliant exposure reports
- Provide assistance with group peer checking
- Ensure team work load is covered and deadlines are met
- Design and maintain processes that focus on the critical data required for various client reporting requirements.
- Binding of client reporting as and when required.
- Undertake a range of projects, tasks and assignments
- Produce and update various client and product specific presentations, ensuring the correct compliance and data sign offs are gained
- Help collect, write, check and gain sign off for various commentary written by investment teams to be used in various reporting documents
Qualifications/Work Experience
This second jobbers role would suit a 2011 / 2012 graduate, with 1 to 2 years investment experience , who are now lloking to further their career in Asset Management Knowledge of financial markets and range of investment strategies, including alternatives.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows NT and Microsoft suite of systems, with ability to become proficient with proprietary systems.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Strong numerate and analytical skills using Microsoft excel.
- IAQ qualified (or working towards) preferred
