Investment Support – Asset Management recruitment
Within this position you will provide pivotal support to the front and middle office. The core duties involve providing support with the set-up and maintenance of funds and brokers. Establishing key relationships with fund managers, central dealing and investment operations is central to this role.
Key accountabilities include:
- Set-up funds and brokers on new systems
- Ensure integrity of data within systems maintained by the investment support
- Liaise closely with internal and external clients to ensure service level agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with external counterparties
- Assist with new developments and projects
The ideal candidate will have exceptional client relationship skills, combined with technical knowledge of onboarding and the full trade process. Experience within a support role to the front office of an investment management house is highly desirable. Within the role you will be given the opportunity to develop your career, however an established pro-active approach, proficient computer skills and client focused nature are essential skills.
