INVESTMENT TEAM ASSISTANT recruitment
The successful individual will provide administrative support to the Sustainable Funds team and act as back up for the administrative support for our client’s teams when required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Pro-active calendar and travel management
- General assistance for travel, itinerary planning for visitors
- Expenses processing
- Supporting the general administrative support effort for the Edinburgh investment team as and when required
- Administrative support for the Sustainable Fund team
- Filing notes
- Preparing information prior to meetings and research trip. Specifically pulling all the information out of the various databases ahead of meetings.
- Maintaining an advance proxy voting schedule
- Maintain a company engagement /meeting register
- Maintain contacts spread sheet / database
- Maintain weekly agenda and work log schedule
- Prepare and co-ordinate compliance signs offs of PowerPoint presentations
- Client document and presentation version control
- Global co-ordination of key document management
- Keep a log of company correspondence and ensure it is sent in a timely and accurate manner

Core Requirements:
- All candidates must be able to work in the UK, e.g. fall within the European Economic Union, hold the necessary work permits or have the right of abode, evidence of which must be supplied
- Experience in Office/Team Administration
- Experience in professional environment (Banking Finance a preference)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel
