Investment Validation Analyst- Russian Speaking recruitment
Our client, a London based family office, currently seeks a Investment Valuations Analyst
The Investment Valuations Analyst will be responsible for:
-Active participation at the board level of portfolio companies to protect the interest of
investors
-Continuous financial analyses of portfolio companies; periodically re-value the businesses
based on financial performance; reporting to investors
-Assisting the management of portfolio companies in strategic planning, including add-on
acquisitions and implementation of quality initiatives
-Providing support in structuring and executing add-on acquisitions and consolidation strategies
-Liaising with legal and other professional advisors to ensure the interests of investors are
protected at all times
As such, the successful Investment Valuations Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Russian and English languages a must
- Finance, legal or business background
- An excellent academic record , MBA is a plus
-Good financial planning and sound commercial judgement
