Investments Performance Analyst
Hays client are a renowned Asset Management organisation in Edinburgh currently recruiting an Investment Performance Analyst on a 6 month contract. The Investment performance analyst is a pivotal role between portfolio services and BAU and is primarily responsible for evaluation of client portfolio analysis, NAV and maintaining relationships across internal and external parties.
The role holder will prepare, review and provide ad hoc reports, maintaining relationships across functions of Finance, operations within Edinburgh and London. The Investment performance analyst will calculate performance of NAV, reconcile and positions and participate in key projects to streamline the valuations process. Strong knowledge of Fund performance and Accounting is required for this role.
Our client prefers that candidates have a strong working knowledge within an Investments or practice based organisation where risk, compliance and controls are key features in their work performance. This opportunity would also suit an Investments or Accountancy graduate with experience of Investments, analysis and solid controls experience.
Key Skills:
NAV calculation and performance analysis for a portfolio of clients
Extensive Reconciliation of Fund data and performance
Adherence to Audit processes and procedures
Analysis and comparison of third party data and administration
Maintaining relationships across the business
Continuous improvement and streamlining of processes
Preparing financial reports to clients
