POSITION SUMMARY: Acts as a main point of contact with investors on post funding issues to ensure timely and accurate purchases. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following reflects management?s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Prompt response to incoming calls, e-mails and faxes from Investor Partners and internal employees ? Proactive response and support of investor partners ? Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Partners to resolve all loan-level conditions ? Provide regular updates on loan pipeline and investor activity condition receiving and input of conditions in MCO on all new communication from investor ? Develop and document all processes and systems necessary to achieve departmental goals ? Review and analyze documentation for completeness and compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines ? Review all required reports and inspections to ensure compliance with investor and FHA guidelines ? Collaborate with staff and management to find solutions on escalated conditions ? Manage loans by using all functions of CRM and other GFHEA reverse mortgage applications, such as tasks, comments, case information ? Maintain high level of customer service and communication with other departments ? Maintain timely contact with all Investors by providing status calls on all loans in pipeline ? Assist in gathering all forms and conditions required to purchase the loan Perform Investor Partner follow-up as needed ? Cross-train in all positions to build knowledge and experience ? Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: ? Two to four years related experience or equivalent ? Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance and procedures ? 3+ years of pipeline management experience in the mortgage industry, preferably with reverse mortgages. ? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ? Strong computer skills ? Communication skills that can build internal and external relationships, such as with Investor Partners, Operations, Sales and Management ? Exceptional organizational skills and operational focus ? Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures ? Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork, including the development and maintenance of files and records ? Experience in mortgage operations preferred PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: ? Must be capable to calculate figures and amounts. ? Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time. ? Analyze statistical and financial data. ? Accurately complete detailed financial forms and paperwork. ? Ability to communicate verbally over the telephone and be understood by clients customers ? Sit for prolonged periods of time ? At times may require stooping, bending, pushing or pulling ? Manual dexterity visual acuity necessary to fulfill the essential functions of the position of maintaining cooperative behavior with colleagues and team members WORK ENVIRONMENT: ?
