Excellent opportunity for an Investor Relations - Real Estate Fixed Income for a leading Asset Management firm in London - City
The role:
Our client needs a dedicated real estate fixed income client relations associate who will manage the day to day communication with multiple clients, working both directly and through the funds' administrators. The objective will be to establish positive and deep relationships with important clients with the opportunity in time to broaden their relationship with the Fund in future real estate funds and potentially into other strategies.
• Responding to investor data requests and assembling ongoing data content for investors
• Assisting with the co-ordination of the annual meeting materials and preparation of annual meeting materials
• Preparation of formal reporting obligations; including quarterly investor call presentations, quarterly Managers Report, and ad hoc announcements
• Preparation of Advisory Committee memos and answering AC member queries
• Creating innovative and insightful presentation content for current and prospective investors
• Participating in existing and prospective investor update meetings
• Fulfilling all special reporting and other obligations agreed with investors in side letters
• The role will offer the opportunity to develop into key participation in future fundraising efforts with investors
Candidates will have:
• Investor relations experience from a UK based asset manager with a focus on fixed income and/or real estate
• Experience in advisory, strategy consulting, investment consulting or asset management;
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills;
• Strong team player skills with strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across the firm;
• Strong written and presentation communication skills reflecting the importance of being the main interface of investors with the business
