INVESTOR RELATIONS ANALYST recruitment
The job holder will be responsible for the analysis of the shareholder base of the Company and for the maintenance and provision of information on the Company for presentation purposes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analysis of movement of shareholders required for regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Processing of shareholder data for event registration.
- Maintenance of stock, sector and market data for inclusion in external presentations.
- Maintenance of relevant data on the Company’s website.
- Production of regular reports for internal and external use, including Board papers.
- Ensuring that reports are accurate - this involves building procedures to carry out reconciliations and cross-checks wherever practical, as well as using judgement and experience to assess accuracy of data.
- Producing reports to a high standard of presentation, to make them easy to understand and interpret.
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems (both paper-based and electronic).
- Setting up and maintaining documentation of the procedures describing all information gathering and report production.
- Keeping technical skills up to date.
- Continually looking for ways to make procedures more efficient.
- Dealing with written and oral correspondence from shareholders.
- Accompanying the Chief Executive or Chairman to external meetings where appropriate.

Core Requirements:
- A detailed understanding of the market and environment in which the Company operates.
- Proven track record in relationship management, with internal and external clients.
- High degree of numeracy.
- PC Literate - particularly in Microsoft Excel.
