Investor Relations Analyst/Associate recruitment
This role is to work with their Private Equity Fund of Fund business that has over $5bn in AUM globally and a rapidly expanding LP base. It will involve working in a fast paced environment and developing a broad understanding of the business. In addition it will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce and refine marketing products.
The role also offers a genuine career as over time you will become accountable for managing client relationships and building up your own network of investors.
A suitable background could include investment banking, law, equity sales or general fundraising. in addition you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English and at least one, preferably two other major European languages
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint, strong Excel skills
- Bachelor degree with relevant financial services industry experience
The responsibilities will include:
- Client / product presentations
- Team-related materials
- Performance data analysis and benchmarking
- Review quarterly data packs for accuracy and formatting
- Support market research and provide updates in presentations and quarterly investment report
- Track and distribute offering materials
- Help organize road shows
- Help prepare customized presentations
- Work closely with senior IR professionals to ensure meeting follow-ups are completed
Finally German as an additional language would be a significant advantage but not absolutely necessary.
