Investor Relations – Associate, Infrastructure Fund
This fund, based in Paris, focuses on investments across Europe and within social infrastructure, transportation, energy, power, renewable energy and utilities. The fund has previously closed fund raising and achieved a fund of well over €1 billion and are now approaching fund raising for a second fund.
Role and responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing messages and overall information for the fund's investors. This could include presentations, emails, press releases collaterals, web material and quarterly and ESG reports to investors.
- Assisting in the preparations for both ad hoc investor meetings and annual investors meetings, including Advisory Boards.
- Contributing to future process of raising funds, including contributing to the production of all fundraising materials, data gathering and database maintenance. Research and identify potential investors and analyze trends and issues within the infrastructure market place
- Participating to the planning of the new fundraising and travelling to meet new and existing LPs
The successful candidate must come from either an Investor Relations/Fundraising background or Investment Banking - applicants from MA, structured finance, DCM, ECM and private equity will be considered if you can display a clear rational for looking to move into Investor Relations. A relevant sector focus would be useful. Applicants must speak native English speaker whilst additional European languages would be beneficial.
