Investor Relations Associate recruitment
Our client is looking for an individual who is both bright and articulate and has genuine interest in both servicing investors but also a good understanding of the markets.
The nature of the role initial is supporting the other Investor Relations team members with the increased demand from investors and some of the core tasks are :
- o Coordinate, attend and lead on all operational due diligence meetings
- o Coordinate, attend and lead on all investors and credit diligence meetings
- o Maintain firm’s organizational chart
- o Maintain firm’s investor website
- o Complete RFPs and RFIs for investors
- o Respond to adhoc investor requests for information
- o Develop operational due diligence database
- o Serve as back up on transaction work for Malta based IR person
- o Serve as IR liaison on compliance issues
- o Responsible for maintaining investor distribution lists
- o Responsible for all investor relations reporting internally and externally
- o Responsible for updating all investor relations material
We are looking to indentify candidate with a minimum of 1 year and probably a maximum of 3 with an exisiting IR background or a due diligence background.
This role will grow and develop and requires who is very articulate and keen to progress their career - a genuinely exciting career opportunity in a growing hedge fund.
