About our client
A leading and highly reputable multi-billion European buy-out investor with offices across the globe investing in a wide variety of sectors including retail and consumer, telecoms, financial services, healthcare, amongst others. This is a one year fixed team contract with a potential to become long term (although not guaranteed)
Responsibilities
- Production of investor reports and investor notes for fund raising efforts as well as for existing investors
- Contribute to the management of the extranet sites and ensuring the data is up to date and accurate
- Liaison with different internal teams and fund administrators for responding to investors’ general queries
Skills we’re looking for
- Previous work experience supporting an institutional client facing team, marketing, financial PR or financial data provider
- Strong academic records are important
- High degree of attention to detail and strong communication skills – verbal and written in English
- Familiarity with financial industry, in particular general understanding of private equity would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft office in particular PowerPoint and excel
- Experience with database systems like IntraLinks would be a plus
- Well presented, personable, confident and a team-player
