About our client
Our client is a leading international private equity fund with billions of assets under management and offices in the US, Europe and Asia. They are recruiting an Investor Relations Manager to join their team in London, reporting to the head of Investor Relations Client Services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that IR communications are appropriate and accurate
- Take lead ownership of the preparation and distribution of quarterly reports to investors. Liaising with the whole business (investment team, fund administrators and senior management) to ensure seamless delivery
- Planning and coordinating and developing content for key investor events including annual meeting with investors, Board of Advisers Meeting, etc
- Working on additional adhoc request depending on team and investor needs
Skills we’re looking for
- Strong academic records
- Experience from having worked as a product specialist within an asset management firm (ideally alternative products would be an advantage) or as a management accountant
- Experience from having worked within a private equity investor relations/ client servicing team would be a plus
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
- Strong attention to detail and be highly organised
- You must be articulate, credible, confident and presentable
- Flexibility and adaptability to liaise with different teams and assist your colleagues on other team requirements
- Due to the extensive need for writing, a native English speaker would be preferable
