Investor Relations Manager recruitment
• As an IR Manger you will be responsible for preparing responses for investor queries. With support from the Investor Relations Assistant, you will oversee the email account for all investor correspondence; directly handling requests and working with finance team members to address more complex financial queries.
• You will liaise regularly with the Fund Administrators to ensure accurate responses to investor queries.
• Once you have gained a solid foundation of knowledge about the funds’ investments and producing financial reports, you will be able to be self sufficient in accessing relevant information to address investor queries.
• Monitoring the Investor Relations SharePoint site (the internal webpage) and ensuring it is kept up-to-date.
• Ensuring investor records within the internal CRM system are maintained accurately.
• Assisting with the preparations for the annual investor meeting and the production of presentation material.
• Taking a proactive role in implementing new initiatives.
A successful candidate will possess:
• A high level of academics achievement - (minimum 2.1 or above at undergraduate degree level)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Accounting qualification (ACA / CA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Highly analytical with good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Strong PC skills including MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint - advanced, knowledge of CRM useful
• Organised, efficient and able to take responsibility for tasks to completion
• Hardworking, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is perceptive to the needs of others
• Team-player with the ability to work across the organisation, but who is also self starting and able to work independently
• Experience in private equity is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are favourable, but not a necessary requirement
