Investor Relations Manager recruitment
Position supports the strategic planning, on-going development and coordination of all investor relation activities to broaden and increase the shareholder value and enhance the company image with the investment community, including cultivating relationships with investors and analysts covering the company. Reporting to the Director and working closely with the senior management team, he/she will support the development and execution of a proactive investor relations program aimed at maximizing the company’s long-term shareholder value. The role will have both internal and external responsibilities including providing investor/market intelligence analysis and counsel to senior management as well as educating investors and analysts on the company’s business strategies and performance.
Fundamental knowledge of corporate financial statements and investment analysis; Professional background in Investment Banking, Accounting, Engineering or Geology is desirable; Possess a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information; Exceptional communication skills; Ability to manage concurrent assignments and meet tight deadlines; Maintain an excellent work ethic and flexible working hours; Have excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities; General knowledge of financial markets and RegFD. Motivated to succeed.
BBA in Finance or related field
MBA Preferred.
