Investor Relations Manager

Our client is a multi award winning global Private Equity firm with an established track record executing pioneering investments while delivering excellent returns to investors. Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting an Investor Relations Associate. This high profile role will support a Partner Director coordinating all interaction with the global investor base; acting as a key point of contact for all investor queries and delivering concise analysis and information on complex financial queries.

Responsibilities include:
Producing analysis and presentation materials for the annual external investor meeting
Prepare financial notes and bespoke presentations on key underlying investments
Work with Finance, tax and external 3rd parties for all investor calls distributions, quarterly financial information, tax or other issues
Manage all correspondence with external investors

Candidates will ideally be qualified Accountants with an exceptional academic record. Candidates will display excellent analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate clearly with different levels of management and external clients. Candidate will have experience providing analysis/information on complex financial information.
