Investor Relations Professional – Private Equity Investment Company
In this position you will be part of the Listed Investment Solutions team based in London, UK and responsible for investor relations of a UK listed private equity investment company, including the following tasks:
- Relationship management with shareholders, brokers and research analysts
- Extension of the investor base and attendance of conferences and industry events
- Organization of IR events such as annual investor seminars, quarterly results conference calls and road shows
- Responsibility for adherence to relevant financial markets regulations and listing rules
- Keeping track of requirements for regulatory/legal announcements and the respective deadlines
- Coordination of internal stakeholders e.g. investment team, board, etc.
- Mapping of the investor and competitor landscape
For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization, someone who possesses strong networking, organizational and analytical skills. The successful candidate should have the following profile:
- Graduate degree (e.g. university, MBA) from top ranking academic institutions
- At least 5 years’ experience with investor relations for UK listed investment companies, ideally alternative assets (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, etc.)
- A humble and enthusiastic individual with a passion for private and public markets
- Excellent communication skill and a distinct client orientation
- Willingness to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
- Attention to details and quality
