Your tasks responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, analysts and financial media
- Analyze consensus figures, financial models and other external information
- Work closely with the Financial Accounting Department to prepare reporting information for investors
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure that the views of the profession are properly represented
- Act as the principle contact for analysts and use knowledge and good judgment to give the appropriate information in response to queries
- Manage the presentation material and coordination of annual and periodic investor meetings
- Coordinate and distribute press releases
Our requirements
- Profound know-how of Capital Markets
- Broad network and experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with shareholders, Investors and Analysts
- Work experience in an Investor Relation Department on an international financial institution (preferably in a listed company)
- Ability to identify, understand and relay investment and fund strategies, strengths and risks to investors in a cohesive and effective manner
- Excellent written and oral communication as well as negotiation skills
- Highly analytical with good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Organized, efficient and able to take responsibility for tasks to completion
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and dynamic individual
