Investor Relations Referent – German & English
You will report to the Head of Investor Relations and will be responsible for executing the company’s day-to-day Investor Relations activities.
Responsibilities:
• You will support the Investor Relations department by conducting competitive and industry analysis and executing IR tactics, such as road shows, conferences and earnings releases.
• You will be responsible for communicating with investors, analysts and creditors
• You will be working together on topics like Director Dealings, Ad hoc publications, insider Compliance and shareholder’s meetings
• You will be required to build up and develop a database of investor contacts
Ideal candidate is/has:
• Native level German good English
• Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Investor Relations, ideally with a DAX listed company
• You have a good knowledge of the Stock Market and the regulations
• You must be an effective “strategic thinker” and understand how to successfully support critical business goals and objectives through effective issue identification and analysis
