Investor Relations, Vice President recruitment
Location: Beijing
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for project financing, processing and execution that include but not limited to formulating and developing investor relations plan and initiatives; organizing conferences, road shows, site visits and presentations ; creating promotion materials and tools; maintaining media communication; organizing press releases, investor meetings;
To maintain and enhance the good relationship of the investment partners, as well to constantly develop new optimum investors for project re-financing;
To keep close ties with financial sector and industries, monitor key peers and key issues, serving as the subject matter expert on the business and communication implications;
As the primary representative to attend industry events/conferences to promote Company’s branding and prospectiveness;
Collaborate with legal, finance executive management teams, stakeholders for investment meetings and reports
Requirements
10+ years of professional investment and finance experience, 7+ years IR management experience with top financial institutions, or hands-on experience of PR/Corporate Media Communication with VC / PE / IB / MNC;
Bachelor degree or above from renownedlocal/overseas universities, priority for holder of certificates in investment, legal, finance, media communication or related disciplines
Familiar with the operation of capital markets in China, solid understanding of China financial market trends and industry regulatory issues; outstanding business strategic skills, ability to analyze the competitive and economic dynamics affecting the business
Highly self- motivated, motivated and pro-active, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under fast paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment, good team spirit, vigorous, eager to learn
