Investor Relations/Marketing Associate recruitment
Top Mulit-Strategy Hedge Fund seeks an Investor Relations/Marketing Associate to joing their team.
• Primary contact person for a Series of Institutional Funds (billions in total commitments)
• Respond to investor inquires (domestic and international) and servicing hundreds of institutional investors
• Update Fund profile packages and marketing materials for internal client meetings
• Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports
• Coordinate with accounting, investment personnel and senior level management on financial reports for large pension investors
• Work with external marketing group to coordinate meetings for prospective investors and Fund managers
• Preparing internal investor data reports for legal and compliance
• Creating Fund due diligence reports and pitch books within Business Objects
• Oversee the assignment process, opening new accounts and working between legal and clients on subscription documents /assignment agreements
• Update daily forecasted capital transaction reports for senior level management and treasury
• Organizing and coordinating annual investor meeting for hundreds of investors
• Working with offshore administrators on assignments, cash activity and audit confirmations
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations at a Hedge Fund, PE Fund or Asset Manager
