Investor Services Manager – Hedge Fund recruitment
The role will revolve around supporting the business development teams to ensure clients receive the high level of service in response to any query or interaction. The role requires exceptional levels of attention to detail, organisation and commitment.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Client Services and responsibilities include writing, producing and updating a range of due diligence documents (RFPs, bios, org summaries, fund descriptions), assisting the sales team with investor queries, liaising with 3rd party distributors and on boarding of clients.

• Relevant and recent experience in a similar role at a leading management business.
• A strong level of financial product knowledge across equities, listed derivatives and fixed income.
• Eloquence and accuracy in written communication.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to focus on detail.
• Pride in producing work of the highest possible quality.
• High levels of academic achievement.
• Strong technical skills using SANT (or similar) Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe.
