Investor Services Manager – London – Hedge Fund recruitment
Your role will be to support the business development teams and ensure that at all times clients receive the highest level of service in response to any query or interaction. The role requires exceptional levels of organisation, commitment and attention to detail.
The position will report directly to the Head of Investor Services and responsibilities include writing, producing and updating a range of due diligence documents (RFPs, bios, org summaries, fund descriptions), assisting the sales team with investor queries, liaising with 3rd party distributors and on boarding of clients. Our Investor Services team has an impeccable reputation and is a key department within the firm.
My client is seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate:
• Strong level of financial product knowledge.
• Relevant and recent experience in a similar role at a top flight investment house.
• Eloquence in written communication.
• Strong technical skills using SANT (or similar) Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe.
• Outstanding organisational skills and concern that the smallest of details is correct.
• High levels of academic achievement.
• Pride in producing work of the highest possible quality.
Please note that this is not a sales position, and as such is suited to people who want to work in a research/support based role. The successful candidate will play a leading role in building a successful investor services department..
