The Opportunity
As part of the Product and Investor Services team, you'll be responsible for Investor Services of Private Equity and Real Estate fund vehicles. In your role, your tasks will mainly include:
• Assistance with the collection of various documentation (subscription documents, AML documentation, side letters) relating to various partnership closings
• On-going review of client AML documentation to ensure it meets changing requirements
• Responsibility for partnership closings (calculation of true-up, update of limited partnerships register, issuance of capital calls)
• Circulation of correspondence (notices and reports) to investors
• Dealing with investor queries
• Update and maintenance of client database on all investors
• Overview of the products / partnership structures maintained in Luxembourg
Your Profile
The client is ideally looking for candidates with a good understanding of AML requirements, with perhaps 1-2 years experience. The client is open on where this experience may have been gained, but ideally, you will have worked in an Investor Services role previously. Strong communication skills are a must as is the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. This is a rare opportunity to work for a well-established firm which is actively growing its Luxembourg presence.
