Business Overview:
The Solutions Group is a small but critical global team within Investor Services and is responsible for all aspects of the design of client solutions via the support of the Sales and Relationship Management teams plus, complex client change, and In addition the Solutions Group is responsible for the business aspects of commercial and contractual arrangements with both our existing and potential new clients, pricing of our services and regulatory governance. This responsibility spans across all products within Investor Services and with major focus on the Fund Services business
(Fund Accounting Administration, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Transfer Agency, Investment Operations, Managed Account Solutions, Benefit Payments, and Fiduciary Compliance) and across all regions.
Team Description
The EMEA Client Solutions team is based in London and comprised of over 15 industry experts in a wide range of products and services. Our primary responsibilities are to develop end-to-end solutions for cross-product client requirements driven by new business, existing client change requests or regulatory changes. The ability to work in, or lead a virtual team, to deliver bundles of services, whilst interacting closely with Clients at all levels of their organization is key. Each member of the team is responsible for a Market segment and working current BAU operational capabilities.closely with the relevant WSS EMEA Market lead to predict industry trends and develop new services leveraging

Embedded within the IS Solutions Group (IS SG), the Client Solutions role for Bank Broker Dealers has three core functions:Alignment to the Bank and Broker Dealers Markets team supporting pipeline growth service bundle solutions.Provision of Derivatives (OTC and ETD) knowledge support to the IS SG team.Support Aviva Investors complex client change solutions and partner with the Client Service Director
In addition the role would act complete the programme management of Project Enterprise
Key Responsibilities:Market alignment
Establishing product bundles across WSS, TSS and the Bank in support of BBD market growth. Bundles required per jurisdiction and per client type. Synergies/economies of scale to be drawn across locations and utilties where possible.Short term: Utilisation of immediate functionality.Medium term: Adding quick hit solution enhancements to product suite.Long term: Alignment of relevant product development agendas with BBD capability and growth agenda.RFP/RFI SupportAct as Client Solutions new business BBD lead and provide end to end deal support to market teams, in relation to opportunitiesSupport other Client Solutions members as required with RFP's, client change and product bundle
developmentsRegulatory ChangePartner with Market executives and Derivatives product managers to identify and assess regulatory changes that impact the segment and WSS service bundles.Partner with Product and Platform to identify competitor differentiators arising from regulatory changes, and drive a new service bundle solution to meet the new regulatory environmentSupport the delivery of the right commercial/legal/pricing solution across products/functional partners.Enhance ease of doing business.Challenge operations/IT cost basis used in each service bundle to drive improved Efficiency RatiosPartner with Solutions Pricing and Commercial teams to simplify the rate card and contracts used in each service bundle to drive improved client experience and client PL.
Derivatives Subject Matter ExpertSupport IS SG with ad-hoc transfer agency queries underpinning their deals/strategic approaches.Represent IS SG team on derivatives focussed forums/meeting.Drive IS SG team senior management agenda acting as key interface into the OTC and ETD Product groupsIS SG Team
Partner with other WHEM and EMEA IS SG team members, and other Platform/Product/Operations team members where required, to form a cohesive and effective virtual global team.
Training and developmentComplete the required number of Business Excellence on line course to maintain business knowledgeAttend relevant business and management courses as agreed as part of mid year and end of year reviews in PMCKey Exclusions
The role does not duplicate any functions currently undertaken in GDS or ETD Product. For example it does replace the need for a GDS Product Manager to be involved in GDS pricing discussions.The role does not act as a GDS or ETD product representation either at Blueprint or New Deal Approval calls.
Qualifications
Your Background:
Experience in financial services industry, ideally with a service providerPrevious experience working within
J.P.Morgan WSS
or more generating a detailed understanding of our operational set up and technology architecture across WSSProven track record of execution and delivery of project for WSSDemonstrated ability to solution multi product issues and design of operating models across WSSProven track record of working at a senior level within J.P.Morgan and strong communication skillsProven track record of providing excellent client service.Good knowledge of derivativesAbility to act in a thought leadership mannerDesirables:Previous experience of working in a product environmentWorking knowledge of Aviva Investors operating model, services and clientGood knowledge of a wide range of products offered by WSSTeam player
