Role
As an AVP and reporting functionally to the Head of Investor Services in Hong Kong and locally to the Head of Client Services in Singapore, the Investor Services Manager is a partner to our clients, and will foster a culture of leadership by being proactive and accountable, always exceeding client expectations in terms of the service provided so that we are superior in the market place.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the quality of service provided to Singapore-based clients, and non-Singapore based clients, as required, and their investors. Takes care of specific complaints of clients and ensures that problems are adequately solved, in line with relevant procedures, guidelines, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirement, in order to deliver “white glove service” and contribute to client and investor satisfaction.
In respect of Singapore-domiciled funds, monitor the work outsourced to our Hong Kong based team members to ensure that the policies and procedures are in place and investor anti-money laundering policies are applied in accordance with MAS guidelines and global procedures
Act as a proactive business Client Services partner, deepening the relationships with existing clients by addressing present or future requirements to maximise client satisfaction and extend services within the client portfolio.
Personally responsible for the complete portfolio of clients allocated including relevant levels or frequency of contact.
Responsible for solving issues and incidents and monitoring delivery of solutions and overall service to client and internal organisation.
Review Singapore regulatory requirement and identify any impact on the department processes, procedures and reporting requirement.
Document and maintain update written procedures of Investor Services department
Perform Know Your Customer verification on investors, as required

Requirements
Bachelor degree
Minimum of 4 years experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Preferred experience within Alternative Fund Services or at least 2 years fund services sector.
Ability to listen and understand Client issues and formulate / co-ordinate relevant action plans
Proficiency in use of New Transfer Agency System (NTAS) and Advent Partner will be advantageous
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Japanese language skills will be considered an asset
Solid experience with MAS AML/KYC investor account opening requirements
Self-motivated, proactive, well organized
