An exciting opportunity for a Director is available within our growing Invoice Finance team. You will be responsible for both business development and relationship management for a number of Invoice Finance clients across Exeter, developing relationships with existing and prospective Bank customers requiring invoice finance and delivering targeted levels of income through the sale of Invoice Finance to the Corporate Banking sector.

As a Director - Invoice Finance your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* Experience of successfully selling Invoice Finance solutions to the Corporate and commercial sectors.
* Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Invoice Finance and markets, with the proven ability to successfully communicate this expertise from both a credit and sales perspective.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
As a Director - Invoice Finance your main responsibilities will involve:
* Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective bank customers who require, or may require, invoice finance.
* Working with the Regional Director, tailor and construct bespoke solutions to meet the needs of the customers' invoice finance requirements.
* Construct quality credit proposals, within credit policy guidelines that accurately reflect prospective clients circumstances, financial position, asset quality, business strategy, markets and management.
* Positively promote the Santander Group and identify cross-sell opportunities and hand those off effectively to Relationship directors.
* Deliver targeted levels of income through the sales of Invoice finance to the Corporate Banking Sector.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
