Express Employment Professionals (Richardson, TX) is seeking an Invoice Processors I for temp-perm position, 8am-5pm, pay-rate $12.50/hr. Excellent incentive program and generous benefits for F/T employees!

 

Qualified candidates MUST have the following:

 

·       High School diploma or equivalent

·       1-2 years business experience working in AP/AR or data entry role

·       Must be able to enter and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner

·       Familiar with the energy industry and/or energy and utility accounting software applications

·       10 key data entry by touch

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Strong computer skills (Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products)

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Commitment to confidentiality and company values

·       Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, composed manner while managing numerous tasks with a focus to detail

·       Highly organized and ability to multi-task; comfortable in entrepreneurial environment

·       Meet or exceed invoice processing production and quality requirements

·       Must have a clear criminal background check and pass a drug test.
