Job Description:
The Invoicing Analyst is open in our Galleria headquarters in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities include the following:
Manages the invoicing process (invoices, debit and/or credit notes) by
issuing the correct invoicing in time and manner through control and
compliance of rules in force.
Corrects request and analysis of the Letter of Credits (Documentary and
Stand by requesting Branches and/or Clients to open upon the requirement
of Order Execution Analyst the Letter of Credit according to Tenaris
instructions and by requesting amendments so as to obtain the operative
letter-of-credit when launching production, chartering the ship and/or
loading the materials as applicable.
Ensures clean negotiations of Letters of Credit by negotiating with
issuing and/or nominated banks the approval of documents should any
discrepancies arise, and negotiating with customers the issuing of new
amendments and/or defining the new course of action.
Documents Instructions by uploading them and negotiating with customers
the issuing of new amendments should any discrepancies arise.
Documents Technical Queries and Standardization: Counter-offering,
accepting or rejecting requirements of non standard documents specified
in the Documents Technical Queries launched by the Order Execution
Analyst at offer stage in order to get a commercial signed contract in
compliance with Tenaris documentation standards. Produces standards for
documentary shipping documents requirements in compliance with all
Tenaris Mills.
Ensures transactions are properly recorded, providing input in
the information technology system.
Responsible for data integrity making relevant controls and reporting on
identified irregularities.
