Ion MarketView Support Analyst recruitment
This top client is looking for a team member to join the current Front Office Support team. This is a high-profile role working in a pressurised environment and demands an individual with flexibility, acumen and the ability to assimilate lots of information quickly. This is a critical role requiring a highly motivated and dedicated individual who can provide procedural and technical support within the FO Support team to FI trading desks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support member the candidate will have the responsibility of making sure that all calls are logged, updated and followed up with resolution in a timely manner. Monitoring and Technical document updates would also be carried out in this role, to ensure consistency across the applications and business lines supported.
You will need to have core Fixed Income and product knowledge specifically aimed at IR swaps, as well as strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving. Effective skill and experience regarding system behaviour and resolution with excellent communication skills are essential. Strong experience using MarketView/ION, and UNIX/SQL are also vital.
