Job Description:
Our client in New York, NY builds enterprise applications for the Health Care. These applications are used by Physicians Nationally for patient records and data. They believe that modern wireless technology, when integrated properly, can solve many of the current problems faced by the health care industry.
They have been building and managing mobile applications since the first day of the iPhone, iPad, and Android platforms. Their access to data provides information that most people didn't know existed. What they have built from scratch is a HIPAA compliant point-of-care platform that is strong, secure, and scalable. By laying a technology foundation that can process the ICD-9, CPT, HCC and other codes required for Medicare reimbursement – they are flexible enough to link into software platforms providing transactional support for major stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
This Enterprise application is available on all mobile platforms. This urgent need is for someone on their iOS team in New York. This person needs to have proven experience with iOS and Objective-C development. This integrates with a LAMP/PHP back end.
iOS and Objective-C skills are critical for this position.
Additional skills that would be nice to have are:
- PhoneGap
- Dashcode
- PHP/LAMP
- Health Care passion or knowledge of the industry
This is in house development working with some extremely intelligent people. 100% of the development is new, so you will be an integral part of growing this team.
